“When we sell your Content via EyeEm Market or our distribution partners, you will receive a share of fifty percent (50%) of the license or sublicense fees (“License Share”) actually received by EyeEm from the sale of your Content after deduction of sales-related taxes (including applicable transaction and currency costs) and other fees (e.g. withholding tax, if applicable).”
