Status: bankrupt (Bankr. D.N.J.). The buyer's 2023 Form 10-K says the court approved the sale on 27 Jun 2023 and the assets were delivered on 28 Jun 2023. Customer data shared with the excluded buybuy BABY business transferred only as a joint interest. Filed as the whole lot's value (unit contract), as the 19 Oct Rite Aid lot was, so a brand's price does not set the rate for a company's records alone.
