Read the grant: a perpetual, sublicensable licence is a resale right
micro1's published data licence master terms take a worldwide, fully paid-up, irrevocable, perpetual licence with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers, for the one fee the holder agreed. The buyer then has 30 business days after delivery to reject the data, and silence counts as acceptance.
