Per-task coding pay looks wildly different ($30 to $2,200 a task) but converges on $45 to $100 an hour once the platform's own time per task is applied
Vetto pays $30 for a task it says takes about 40 minutes (its own figure: about $45 an hour); Mercor pays $2.2K for a database engineering task of about 25 hours (about $88 an hour); micro1 pays $50 to $100 an hour for coding RL environments of about 15 hours each ($750 to $1,500 a task). Contractor-reported ceilings sit far above (Snorkel for Anthropic, up to $280 for about an hour, reported by Business Insider).
