Microsoft Presidio on the same measure

The entity-level recall on direct identifiers (ERdi) that Pilán et al. report for Microsoft Presidio with its default settings in Table 7 of the paper (test split). The same table gives 0.94 for a RoBERTa tagger trained on OntoNotes and used without training on the benchmark.
