How Collinear buys data
Collinear AI, data licensing page, 15 Oct 2026- What it wants
- Private repositories with pull requests and linked tickets, CI logs and coding-agent sessions; history from Slack, Gmail, Drive, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Linear, Jira and similar tools.
- What it publishes about price
- No figure published; "We usually quote an initial range within a day." The price rises with 15 or more people at peak, several years of history, pull requests with their tickets, human-written code and the same work visible across several tools.
- Who it takes
- Companies that hold the rights to the data, operating ones included (the export is a one-time snapshot). It does not want AI-generated code, a public framework with a thin layer on top, or loose documents with no company around them.
- How the holder is paid
- "We confirm delivery is complete, then pay according to the contract." About a week from first call to signature.
- Who removes personal data
- Collinear removes personal data after export: names become consistent pseudonyms and identifiers are stripped. A one-time export; ownership stays with the company.
- What it pays for an introduction
- Nothing published.
We are not Collinear's agent, partner or representative. If you hold data it might buy, we can put it in front of Collinear and every other buyer that fits at the same time.
